We reserve the right, at any time and from time to time, for any reason in our sole discretion, to change the terms of the iBid365 game.
Once we inform the changes, these changes become effective immediately and if you play the iBid365 game after they become effective, it will signify your agreement to be bound by the changes. You should check back frequently and review the terms and conditions of this game, FAQ, and Privacy Policy, so you are aware of the most current rights and obligations that apply to you and the terms and conditions of your subscription with us.
Users can access iBid365 site through https://ibid365.com/ and they must create an account using their mobile number. The mobile number must be registered under the users’ name to be eligible to claim any prizes. Once you have entered your number, you will receive an OTP number which you will be prompted to enter which will verify your account.
All new users will be eligible for a standard number of free bids. Once they have been used, you must subscribe to a monthly package where you will be required to enter your card details (debit or credit) to purchase the bids. If the card is successfully entered, you will automatically receive the bids mentioned in the subscription package and be charged from your card for the value of the bid package
If you have no bids remaining from the subscription package you have registered to, you may choose to buy any available on-demand package offered by the service. You will be charged once for the bid package of your choice, and you may purchase any number of packages you wish.
There is a limited period to play iBid365 game for each prize and it will be notified via SMS. After the valid period, a winner will be selected by an automated iBid365 system.
The Users may change the language they wish to use the site. Just about the iBid365 logo, a drop-down indicator allows you to change the languages between ENGLISH, SINHALA and TAMIL
Under My account, the user can access his Profile, which shows when he created his iBid365 account.

ii) Buy bids on-demand - This will be charged whenever you make a successful purchase of bid package on-demand. You will receive a message to the mobile number you have provided with your bank details from "DIGITALX (PVT) LTD COLOMBO 07" when the amount is charged.
Under the Biddings tab, it will feature the item they bid for, whether they have won or not as well as the winning bid value.
There is a limited period to play iBid365 game for each prize and it will be notified via SMS. After the valid period, a winner will be selected by an automated iBid365 system.
Customers can only bid if there is sufficient balance in their iBid365 Wallet.
All iBid365 gamers can place an unlimited amount of bids for any prize.
Winners will be featured on the iBid365 platform under the ‘Winners’ tab.
After announcing the Winner, he or she may collect the prize as communicated by the agent. Place and date of collection of the prize will also be communicated accordingly to the winner. The prize will be available for collection within a minimum of 25 working days.
All winners must consent to provide their images as well as participate to take images when receiving their gifts at the given time and location. The winner must be present to collect the prize and cannot be collected by a substitute.

Winner will be selected by the iBid365 system, based on having the Least and Unique amount during the gaming cycle.
Winner will be contacted and confirmed at the end of the gaming program and you will also, be contacted and informed on your winning.
The prize is non-negotiable.
DIGITALX disclaims all liabilities in respect of the prize/s after its hand-over to the winner and will not be liable for any warranties applicable to such prizes.
This gaming program will be open to customers who have duly paid all amounts payable to the respective mobile operator.
The prize/s shall be distributed after the gaming program.
The prize will not be offered if the winner is unavailable/ unable to collect the same within 30 days.
The participants agree to indemnify DIGITALX for any technical errors which may occur during the competition period.
