- Based on the certain violation and condition admin shall be able to black list or block user under this section.
- Here user should select a user account and can enter phone numbers to black list.
- User shall be able to black list contacts based on accounts and by searching phone numbers.

¶ Whitelist
Before starting with the campaign there are certain testing which needs to be taken care from client end. For that admin, shall be able to create phone numbers and allocate them to the white listing to white list those phone numbers.
