¶ Report Overview
- Reporting is something that is being generated for the purpose of investigation and out come of some thing that was carried our.
- As such in MHNG the reports are beign generated for the purpose to make the system user to know about the output of the investment he or she has made to the system.
- Currently user shall be able to generate 2 types of reports
- Log Report
- Summary Report
- Report can be generate using different filter criteria as below
- Channel type - SMS, Viber and WhatsApp
- Message Typr - Promotional and Transactional
- Based on date range - From and To
- Based on user accounts
- Based on campaign - Generated based on the selected user accounts
- Search by mobile nuumber
- Sender ID
- Message status
- Here when generating a report and if it is taking more than 30 seconds to download the user will be redirected to see a messge that the report generation is in progress it will take small time and the user will get notificed once the report generation is completed.
- A quick notification will be sent to the user once the report is generated to make him or her to download.
